We possess an inherent animalistic need to live in a herd; this herd , ages ago, firstly consisted of hunters and gatherers in the forests. The necessity of food made the hunters evolve into farmers , and the herds changed into villages , these villages became towns and towns have now become cities . in a way , We are back from where we came from. The previous jungle was mother Nature's We are preoccupied With too much information and programming with no time to spend with ourselves . success has become the first banchmark , and what we are continuously failing to understand is that being self- aware is the key to all things good in life because when one is  established in oneself , only then Can any worldly success become easy to attain.

Once a pupil asked his Guru , a sage, as to why people mediate? To which the sage smilingly replied that the ultimate quest of human life is knowledge . The Penultimate book is one's own body and therefore, if one seeks any answer the solution lies in knowing your own self and that all the worldly desires can  be fulfilled if one  is firmly established in health or, in other words one is firmly in his/her body...
