Preface

This book is well illustrated with the results of planets posited in Thought of the chart. Such results are generally incomplete in bser books. The results of houses and the period of star is thoroughly illustrated. The result of the Lord of the house and its respective results n different houses is elaborately explained. Thus the result of 144 com- bination (12x12) is explained with full details Most part of the book is subtly and in elaboration has dealt with the planetary positions in Navamsa, different houses and different zodiac sought which is a unique way of forecasting a prediction. The book is beneficial both for beginners and traditional astrologer Such a treatment of the subject of astrology is novel to this book and is not to be found elsewhere in other texts on the subject Some of the distin guishing features of this work are the exposition of stellar theory, Panchasiddhantika criterion, Bhavaphala (Effects of the houses), Grahakarakatva (significations of the planets). The book gives rules to

determine the effects of the planets placed in different Nakshatras which

are not to be found in general works. It deals with Bhavphala. It gives the

results likely to manifest when a particular Bhavadhipati is placed in

the twelve different houses of all the 144 (12x12) combinations possible.

Almost half of the work is devoted to a detailed study and interpret tions of the results of Dasas and one can boldly say that such a treat ment is rare to be found elsewhere. The book will prove to be a guide of immense value and great prac tical utility to all students of Astrology, for both the beginners and the advanced for instructions of the art of prediction by synthesising the diverse factors like stellar position, Navamsha, Bhava Rasi etc. and judg ing the same correctly
