Dr,V.P.Shukla was born in April 1,1936 in an agricultural based zamindar family in a village of Mirzapur dt. He was a retired officer from a grade post of Regional Research Scientist. His major interest has been marital affairs. He was conferred Ph.D degree by the faculty of medical studies of the Open University for complementary medicines, Colombo is 1997. A regular contributor to the Astrological Magazine (Bangalore), and Hindi journals like Bharatiya Nakshatravani, (Lucknow), Triskanda jyotisham (Vaanasi), Jyotish evam vastu (Jaipur), Askhara Astrology (sawai Madhopur) to name a few. He has published around 50 research based articles in different facts of astrology.
